A space to reset and come back to balance
Sometimes life feels heavy, busy, or simply “too much.”
Your body, mind, and energy are always communicating — and kinesiology helps you tune in to what they’re saying. Through gentle, intuitive techniques, we can uncover what’s creating disharmony in your system and support it to return to balance. When that happens, you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected — from the inside out.
My sessions are designed to help you:
-
Feel calm and centred
-
Reconnect with your natural vitality
-
Gain clarity and direction
-
Create space for more joy, confidence, and flow
-
Feel grounded, present, and aligned with yourself
Kinesiology reminds your body how to rebalance itself — naturally and holistically.

My approach
No two sessions are ever the same — because no two people are.
Using muscle monitoring as a guide, I work with your body’s innate wisdom to identify what’s out of alignment and what will bring you back to equilibrium.
A session may include gentle energetic corrections, emotional release techniques, reflex points, sound, colour, or other balancing tools — always tailored to your needs in that moment.
“My role is to hold a safe, compassionate space for your system to find its way back to harmony.”
— Natalia Ely

Frequently Asked Questions
About Kinesiology
1. What is kinesiology, and how does it work?
Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that uses muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body. It combines principles from traditional Chinese medicine, chiropractic techniques, and modern health sciences to help restore balance, release stress, and promote overall well-being.
2. Is kinesiology the same as physiotherapy?
No, kinesiology is different from physiotherapy. While physiotherapy focuses on physical rehabilitation, kinesiology looks at the body holistically—addressing physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances to support natural healing.
3. How can kinesiology support my well-being?
Kinesiology helps identify and release stress, tension, and energetic imbalances that may be affecting your overall well-being. It can support you in feeling more relaxed, energized, and in tune with your body. Many clients seek kinesiology to enhance their emotional resilience, improve focus and motivation, restore balance, and experience a greater sense of harmony in daily life.
Before Your Session
4. What should I expect during a kinesiology session?
Each session is personalized to your needs. It typically involves muscle testing to identify imbalances, gentle corrections using acupressure, energy work, and other techniques to restore balance. You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout the session.
5. How long does a kinesiology session last?
A standard session lasts 1.5 hours.
6. How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your individual needs. Some people feel significant shifts after one session, while others benefit from ongoing sessions to address deeper imbalances. A personalized plan will be discussed based on your goals. But looking after your energy is ongoing so at least every 6 months a session is recommended, think it's like going to the dentist every 6 months to maintain good oral health.
7. Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
No special preparation is required. However, it helps to:
-
Wear comfortable clothing
-
Stay hydrated
-
Come with an open mind and any specific concerns you’d like to address
After Your Session
8. What will I feel after a kinesiology session?
Most people feel lighter, more balanced, and relaxed and with a better sense on how to move forward in life. Some experience deep emotional releases or temporary fatigue as the body processes changes. It’s important to rest, drink water, and listen to your body after the session.
9. How soon will I notice results?
Some clients experience immediate relief, while others notice gradual changes over the following days or weeks. The healing process is unique for each person.
Concerns About Complementary Medicine
10. Is kinesiology backed by science?
Kinesiology is based on the study of Anatomy, Physiology, Energy Psychology, Nutrition and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Kinesiology integrates techniques from neuroscience, chiropractic, traditional Chinese medicine, energy psychology, energy healing and more. While research on muscle testing is still developing, many clients report profound improvements in their well-being.
11. Will kinesiology interfere with my current medical treatments?
No, kinesiology complements conventional medicine. It does not replace medical treatment but can support your body’s natural healing alongside other therapies.
12. Is kinesiology safe for everyone, including children?
Yes, kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy suitable for all ages, including babies, children, and adults. It can even be used during pregnancy to support maternal well-being.
