Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a holistic health practice that balances the body’s energy systems for optimal health. It combines Western science with Eastern wisdom, drawing from anatomy, physiology, nutrition, energy psychology, neuroscience, and traditional Chinese medicine.

Using the Triangle of Health model, kinesiology addresses the physical, emotional, and chemical aspects of well-being. By assessing muscle responses, it identifies imbalances and helps restore harmony, tapping into the body’s innate ability to heal.

We all have the power to heal ourselves and Kinesiology helps us understand the mind-body connection, emotions, and beliefs, guiding us toward better health and a more fulfilling life.

Emotions

Our emotions are essentially energy in motion. When we block this energy from flowing freely through our body, these emotions become stored in the body. In a kinesiology session, we use muscle biofeedback to identify underlying emotions causing energy imbalances. When emotions aren't properly processed and expressed, they can lead to physical and psychological issues. Our goal is to bring these subconscious emotions to the surface, process them, shift the perspective around them and find new ways to approach the issues, thereby creating a more nurturing body chemistry.
